Information on the best practices for charging the Root coding robots.
The charging cable provided should always be used to charge your robot. If your Root coding robot still does not charge, even with the provided charging cable, there may not be enough power to light up the charging LED light.
If this is the case, follow the steps below:
- Plug the robot in and wait 1 hour
- After 1 hour, unplug the robot, then plug it back in again
- If the LED light still does not light up, leave the robot plugged in and repeat these steps after an additional hour
