What is your return policy?

Information about iRobot's product return policy for Root, Create and accompanying accessories.

We are excited to share that SAM Labs (https://samlabs.com/us/) is taking over our Root product line, including all sales, support, and warranty inquiries. SAM Labs is an experienced and respected company in the K12 space. Please contact SAM Labs support at support@samlabs.com as a follow and include a copy of your proof of purchase if you need a warranty replacement. 

We have retired our Create 3 product and will continue to support the warranty period. For Create 3 questions on troubleshooting specific technical issues, or on using third-party hardware, we recommend you post to the Create 3 Discussion Forum. If you have a warranty need regarding your Create 3 product, please contact iRobot Customer Care with a copy of your purchase at https://homesupport.irobot.com/s/contact-support-info.
